At In the Spirit, we practice many levels of hatha yoga - the most classic form of yoga - and have recently added in yin, flow and meditation to our practice.

From time to time, we also offer specialized and series classes, such as: 8 week learn, yoga-lates, yoga for walkers/runners and yoga for golfers. However, restorative, therapeutic, beginners, seniors, zumba and various "shape-up" classes are always a part of our regular line up.
