At In the Spirit, we practice many levels of hatha yoga - the most classic form of yoga - and have recently added in yin, flow and meditation to our practice.

From time to time, we also offer specialized and series classes, such as: 8 week learn, yoga-lates, yoga for walkers/runners and yoga for golfers. However, restorative, therapeutic, beginners, seniors, zumba and various "shape-up" classes are always a part of our regular line up.

Special Summer 3 Month Pass - 3 months unlimited for June, July & August $249 +hst Students & Seniors $229 +hst

Introductory Offer - One Month Unlimited for $59 +hst *first time students only

Regular Drop In - $18.00, Students - $10.00, Seniors, $15 - Note:  these rates include hst

5 Class Pass - $79.00 +hst  (good for 3 months)

10 Class Pass - $149.00 +hst (good for 5 months)

20 Class Pass - $259.00 +hst (good for 7 months)

One Month Unlimited - $129.00 +hst

Three Month Unlimited - $299.00 +hst  (Seniors/Students - $279.00 +hst)

Special Seniors Class Drop-In - $15.00 (Mon & Thurs, incl. hst, plus coffee/tea)
