Our classes are 50 minutes long, starting promptly on the hour. You can join any class for $25 or take advantage of our special offer: 2 classes for just $40. With only twelve spots.

CHAIR YOGA SERIES (BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE)
Join Florence, in-person, for this Self-care in a Chair Yoga six-week series on Tuesdays at 12:45pm (Beginner) and Thursdays at 10:15am (Intermediate). These classes offer the benefits of gentle yoga with the support of a chair while seated or standing.

Beginner: May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11
Intermediate: April 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
